INTEGRIS Health Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation. It was organized under the laws of the state of Oklahoma for charitable, scientific and educational purposes and specifically to engage in the delivery of health-care services and related activities.
INTEGRIS Health is governed by a 19-member board of directors made up of business and community leaders from across the state. It's managed by President and Chief Executive Officer Bruce Lawrence, with the assistance of senior staff in the areas of physician services, facility operations, strategic services and finance. INTEGRIS Health Inc. is a not-for-profit corporation formed in 1983 to serve as the parent corporation for, and to provide management and administrative support to, INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center Inc., another Oklahoma not-for-profit corporation that operates a tertiary care hospital in northwest Oklahoma City.
In 1994, INTEGRIS merged with Baptist Healthcare of Oklahoma, an event that brought to the organization a network of outstanding rural hospitals across the state. In 1995, INTEGRIS merged with Southwest Medical Center, an acute-care hospital in southwest Oklahoma City. Each of these organizations brings a rich history of serving Oklahomans. INTEGRIS Health, along with these and a number of other affiliated entities, form the INTEGRIS Health system.

INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center
Opened Easter Sunday 1959 as a 200-bed hospital, INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center has grown to a 508-bed facility offering comprehensive health-care programs and services.
INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center
INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center has been a vital and growing part of the Oklahoma City community since its beginning in 1965. Formerly known as South Community Hospital, the facility has grown from a 73-bed community hospital to a comprehensive medical center offering a full range of medical, support and rehabilitation services with 369 beds.
INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe Rehabilitation
INTEGRIS Jim Thorpe at INTEGRIS Southwest has 60 inpatient beds, while Jim Thorpe at INTEGRIS Baptist has 43 inpatient beds. Through team-based personal care, patients benefit from the expertise of physicians, therapists, nurses, psychologists, neuropsychologists, case managers, social workers and others specially trained in rehabilitation.
INTEGRIS Mental Health – Spencer
INTEGRIS Mental Health, an affiliate of INTEGRIS Health, offers a complete family of services provided by highly qualified care professionals in inpatient, outpatient and clinical settings.
INTEGRIS Baptist Regional Health Center – Miami, OK
INTEGRIS Baptist Regional Health Center is licensed for 123 beds and has more than 40 physicians and mid-level providers on its medical staff. The hospital provides a host of inpatient and outpatient services including critical care and surgical services, comprehensive rehabilitation, geriatric behavioral health, diabetes management, hospice, home health care and home medical equipment.
INTEGRIS Bass Baptist Health Center – Enid, OK
The INTEGRIS Bass Baptist Health Center campus includes 207 licensed beds throughout three facilities. The hospital enjoys the distinctions of being the only non-profit, faith-based hospital in Enid and having served the Enid area longer than any other general hospital.
INTEGRIS Blackwell Regional Hospital – Blackwell, OK
INTEGRIS Blackwell Regional Hospital is a 53-bed hospital located in Kay County in north-central Oklahoma in Blackwell. In addition to Blackwell, our service area includes the communities of Ponca City, Nardin, Tonkawa, Lamont, Medford, Deer Creek, and South Haven, Kansas.
INTEGRIS Canadian Valley Hospital – Yukon, OK
INTEGRIS Canadian Valley Hospital consists of approximately 128,000 square feet and includes 44 inpatient beds as well as a medical office building. The hospital has 30 private medical surgical rooms, a 10-bed women’s unit and a newly constructed four-bed intensive care unit.
INTEGRIS Clinton Regional Hospital – Clinton, OK
INTEGRIS Clinton Regional Hospital is a 64-bed acute care facility located in the heart of western Oklahoma. With some of the finest physicians in the state, INTEGRIS Clinton Regional Hospital takes care of you and your family with the utmost care and skill available.
INTEGRIS Grove Hospital – Grove, OK
Conveniently located in the heart of the city, INTEGRIS Grove is easily accessible by major highways from any point in the Grand Lake area.
INTEGRIS Marshall County Medical Center – Madill, OK
INTEGRIS Marshall County Medical Center is located in Madill, Okla., and offers numerous services to the community including diagnostic imaging, outpatient clinic services, therapy and rehabilitation, emergency care and surgical services.
INTEGRIS Mayes County Medical Center – Pryor, OK
INTEGRIS Mayes County Medical Center is located in Pryor, Okla. INTEGRIS Mayes County Medical Center is an 88-bed hospital serving Mayes County and the surrounding areas.
INTEGRIS Seminole Medical Center - Seminole, OK
INTEGRIS Seminole Medical Center is a licensed 32-bed acute care hospital located in Seminole County. The new 64,000 square foot modern facility was built in 1998 and joined the INTEGRIS family in October of 2007. The hospital serves more than 30,000 residents in Seminole and the surrounding area.
