INTEGRIS Expands Executive Leadership Team to Transform Consumer Experience
OKLAHOMA CITY (May 23, 2017) – INTEGRIS has added two members to its executive leadership team to focus on advantages of enhanced technology, innovation and continual improvement to ensure high-quality, top-rated consumer experiences across its system of care.
New Chief Information Officer Mark Pasquale and Chief Innovation Officer Susan Dell’Osso will report directly to President and Chief Executive Officer Bruce Lawrence.
Pasquale has served as interim chief information officer at INTEGRIS since August 2016. “Mark has demonstrated an ability to connect information technology with health care strategy to deliver the best results for patients and providers,” Lawrence said.
Pasquale has more than 30 years of information technology experience, with the last 20 focused on the health care industry. He also serves as principal of The Chartis Group, and he was formerly vice president and chief information officer for Piedmont Healthcare headquartered in Atlanta, Ga.
Dell’Osso was chosen after a national search based on her knowledge of innovation and the consumer experience at PepsiCo/Frito-Lay. She was also a partner at gravitytank, a consulting firm that worked with many Fortune 500 clients. She most recently worked as a consultant for Baylor Scott & White Health.
“Mark and Susan will work together to oversee transformation of the consumer experience across Oklahoma’s largest not-for-profit health system,” Lawrence said. “They will help ensure INTEGRIS continues its leading-edge care and service into the future. It’s part of our ongoing effort to think differently about how we can continue to provide the best care for our customers and our community.”
Both Pasquale and Dell’Osso will start in their new roles effective immediately.
