Everything costs more today. More families have both parents working, or single parents working long hours. Stress levels are high. It is an important time to take care of yourself and your family. It’s the perfect time to make your health a priority. And sprinkle in a little fun, as well!
In celebration of our 25th annual Women’s Health Forum we’ve decided to make this our best year yet. We’ll still introduce some of our newest doctors and talk about the latest in treatments and innovations. But this year we added something extra – a touch of whimsy and fun to each of our health sessions.
Kicking off the forum is heartthrob Rob Lowe. Lowe has been a prominent actor in both television and on the big screen during the last several decades. He has added producer, writer and director to his credits, and recently authored a book, “Stories I Only Tell My Friends.”
This year, the second week of Women’s Health Forum is dedicated to events at totally fun places. We have combined some of our physicians for topics at various places around town. This week is more than just A Sprinkle of Fun, it’s a week of fun! And even if you work during the day, there are lots of evening or late afternoon events that you can still attend. We hope you like this new change!
Women’s Health Forum 2011 will surely have something to offer you and maybe some of your friends or family members. This year we have included programs for all ages. After all, being truly healthy is about finding what works best for you and taking charge of your health, no matter what your age or decade!
