Fake Food News
Having constant access to instantaneous information has changed our world. Instant answers are great when you’re trying to find the nearest gas station. But, fast-and-furious isn’t always best. Unfortunately, messages that get the most traction on social media have often been over-simplified. What’s a consumer to do? Join Karen Massey, RD, LD, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the INTEGRIS Third Age Life Center, 5100 N. Brookline Ave., Suite 100, for tips on deciphering nutrition news. There is no charge for the class.
