INTEGRIS Bass Builds Cardiology Center

Cardiology Center at INTEGRIS Bass BaptistINTEGRIS Bass Baptist Health Center broke ground on a new, $8 million cardiology center in December 2009. The new center, formally titled the INTEGRIS Heart and Vascular Institute of Northwest Oklahoma, offices heart and vascular specialists and offers state of the art diagnostic capabilities.

The INTEGRIS Heart and Vascular Institute is located across the street from the hospital at 707 S. Monroe. The center encompasses 16,500 sq. ft. and houses the medical practices of INTEGRIS Bass cardiologists Dr. John Schrader, and Dr. Douglas Brown and the cardiothoracic surgery practice of Dr. David Vanhooser.

INTEGRIS Bass cardiac/pulmonary rehab unit is also housed in the new center. Diagnostic capabilities include: a 64 Slice CT, Nuclear Medicine Camera, X-ray, Stress Test and Ultrasound.

The INTEGRIS Heart and Vascular Institute is devoted to the comprehensive treatment of cardiovascular patients from the onset of their cardiovascular disease to their full recovery. The center provides shorter turnaround times in diagnosis and treatment of patients and increases clinical collaboration.
