Gary L. Patzkowsky, D.O., was born in Oklahoma City and raised in Kiowa, Kansas. He received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Kansas and his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from the Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Mo.
After medical school, Dr. Patzkowsky completed an Internship at the Oklahoma Osteopathic Hospital in Tulsa, Okla., and then completed a Family Medicine Residency Program at Texas Tech University School of Medicine in Amarillo, Texas where he served as Chief Resident.
Following residency, Dr. Patzkowsky taught at Texas Tech University until going into Private Family Practice. He is currently the Program Director and Director of Medical Education at the INTEGRIS Northwest Family Medicine Residency Program. Dr. Patzkowsky is also the Medical Director for the Advance Food Employee Wellness and Health Clinic as well as INTEGRIS Bass Occupational Medicine Clinic in Enid, Okla.
Dr. Patzkowsky currently lives in Enid with his wife Marcia, a licensed physical therapist. He has two children: John, an anesthesiology resident at Case Western and Kristin, a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma in biology.
