After completing undergraduate training, Dr. Bushman graduated from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences and is now a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
He is currently a resident at the INTEGRIS NW Family Medicine Residency Program in Enid, Okla.
Best Chen, M.B.A., D.O.

Dr. Chen is originally from Edmond, Okla. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from University of Oklahoma in Zoology and Psychology.
After completing undergraduate training, Dr. Chen went to the University of Oklahoma Health Science Center where he took classes in Health Administration and Policy. He then went on to medical school and graduated from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences and is now a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
Prior to applying for a residency, Dr. Chen when to Oklahoma State University where he received his Masters in Business Administration.
He is currently a resident at the INTEGRIS NW Family Medicine Residency Program in Enid, Okla.
Jon R. Mills, Jr., D.O.

Dr. Mills is originally from Tulsa, Okla. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tulsa in Art.
After completing undergraduate training, Dr. Mills graduated from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences and is now a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.

Aaron S. Sizelove, D.O.

Dr. Sizelove is originally from Laverne, Okla. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Chemistry.
After completing undergraduate training, Dr. Sizelove graduated from Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences and is now a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.

Jamie Jacobsen, D.O.

Dr. Jacobsen is originally from Hoyt, Kansas.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Biology from Fort Hays State University.
After completing undergraduate training, Dr. Jacobsen attended Cleveland Chiropractic College and received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree. She then practiced in Topeka, Kansas, as a chiropractor for three years.
Dr. Jacobsen then went on to medical school and graduated from Kansas City University of Medical and Biosciences and is also a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine.
She is currently a resident at the INTEGRIS NW Family Medicine Residency Program in Enid, Okla.
Paul Pulchny, D.O.
