In January 1993, INTEGRIS opened a free medical clinic in the inner city of Oklahoma City. It is one of the largest free, all-volunteer clinics in the state. The clinic offers adult care of chronic diseases, diabetes classes, some vision services and has a pharmacy.
With almost one in four Oklahomans uninsured, the need for health care is great. We have made an impact in the community by helping thousands of patients over the years with a variety of needs.
The clinic operates three evenings a month, the second and fourth Mondays for appointments with practitioners. The third Monday is for prescription refills. The clinic sees more than 100 patients each night. In 2012 the INTEGRIS Community Clinic had over 130 volunteers that volunteered almost 2,900 hours.
