INTEGRIS Corporate Assistance program helps employees with job-related or personal problems that affect job performance.

We contract with with businesses to help employees who are struggling with job burnout, stress, marital problems, parenting concerns, alcohol or drug problems, legal concerns, problems with personal finances or other issues. By helping employees improve their emotional and mental well being, businesses reduce costs associated with absenteeism, poor job performance, job stress, high turnover, workers' compensation and health insurance utilization.
