The Corporate Assistance program is an employee assistance program. We are part of the largest health care provider in the state of Oklahoma, INTEGRIS Health. We have been in operation since 1982. We provide a comprehensive program, not only to health care employees, but also to 150,000 employees and dependents with 26 other companies.
Our service is designed to assist employees and their family members in identifying and solving problems that may be negatively impacting their personal or professional lives. We believe that employees are a company’s best resource and that they deserve a professional and experienced employee assistance staff to help them resolve problems during challenging times that could affect job performance and even present safety concerns on the job.
We provide support for issues in any of the following areas.
- Relationship or marital concerns
- Balancing family and work
- Parenting concerns
- Emotional distress
- Work stress or other work issues
- Anxiety and depression
- Substance or alcohol abuse
- Addictive behaviors
- Domestic violence
- Illness or a change in health status
- Developmental life/family changes
- Legal concerns
- Financial difficulties
Our clinical staff is state licensed in counseling or social work. We also have providers certified in drug and alcohol counseling and in providing services specifically to employees. We pride ourselves in providing a selection of only the best, most experienced clinicians to serve our employees.
Most of our employees and family members have 3-6 visits per year to use with a mental health professional, financial adviser or attorney. Issues requiring longer-term treatment may require a referral to a provider on the employee’s insurance panel. Our staff will assist you in finding the provider to best meet your needs.
