INTEGRIS Therapy Services is staffed by highly skilled physical therapists and physical therapist assistants who can help improve strength, balance, ambulation and motion. We also have experienced occupational therapists and occupational therapist assistants to help with self care and activities of daily living. In addition, our speech pathologist is ready to assist with speech or swallowing disorders.
Our inpatient (acute care) services provide treatments to postoperative and nonsurgical hospital-bound patients, with pain control and mobility as the primary goals. We also offer school-based services for school-age children whose disabilities affect learning. For home-based patients, we provide home health services that focus on independence in care and progress to community activities.
With more than 100 years of combined experience, our staff is passionate about meeting the diverse needs of the Grand Lake community. We are located at our outpatient clinic off campus on North Highway 59. Outpatient hours are Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. until 6 p.m. Our facility is equipped with a full kitchen and shower facilities to assist with any specific treatment needs.
