The INTEGRIS Health mission:
To improve the health of the people and communities we serve.
The INTEGRIS Health Healthy Communities Assessment site can be used by the community as a single internet source dedicated to hosting current Oklahoma health information. Local health leaders have combined resources to ensure health information is readily available to the communities across the state. It was recognized that uniform messages were important for the public to understand and/or take action on the health issues affecting Oklahoma.
