Founded in 1990 by physicians of the Oklahoma County Medical Society, the Hospice of Oklahoma County is certified by Medicare, The Joint Commission, and licensed in Oklahoma. Hospice of Oklahoma County joined INTEGRIS Health system in 1996, and is a member of the Oklahoma Hospice and Palliative Care Association (OHPCA), as well as the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO).
Hospice of Oklahoma County, Inc. purchased Odyssey Healthcare of Oklahoma in 2009, which included the inpatient unit. The INTEGRIS Hospice House is certified by Medicare and accredited by Community Health Accreditation Program.
