Various Ways to Support INTEGRIS Hospice Services

Hospice of Oklahoma County, Inc. and the INTEGRIS Hospice House is a not-for-profit (501c3) organization that welcomes charitable contributions to support those patient and their families who are without the financial resources to pay for hospice care. As one of a few not-for-profit hospice programs in the Oklahoma City area, INTEGRIS hospice services would be limited in providing for so many without the generous support of grateful families, community-minded corporations and loyal hospice friends.

Gifts in memory of a loved one, planned gifts such as bequests, gift annuities and trusts are ways donors can also choose to support any or all of the INTEGRIS Hospice Services.

United Way of Central Oklahoma

Hospice of Oklahoma County has been a partner agency of the United Way of Central Oklahoma since 1990. During the United Way Campaign and the Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) contributions can be designated to Hospice of Oklahoma County, Inc. annually. To make a designated gift to hospice fill out your company’s pledge card with our name and the specific agency code (7041). Designations require a minimum contribution of $25. Your gift will support all of the hospice programs and services provided to those without financial resources.

Tree of Life Ornament Campaign

During the holiday season we invite you to honor or memorialize a loved one through the purchase of handmade porcelain ornaments. The ornaments are available in the following shapes and can be personalized: stars, angels, hearts, doves and trees. The “Tree of Life Ornament” campaign proceeds are also used to support all programs and services provided by Hospice of Oklahoma County and the INTEGRIS Hospice House. You can make an online donation to the campaign, or you can download the “Tree of Life Ornament” order form.

Giving Methods for any of the INTEGRIS Hospice Services:

• You may make a gift by check or credit card and identify it as a hospice gift.
• You may make a pledge with payments billed to you monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually.
• You may transfer ownership of appreciated property such as stocks, bonds and/or real estate.
• You may make a planned gift, such as a bequest in your will, a charitable trust or gift annuity.
• Your gift, pledge or planned gift may be made in memory or in honor of a loved one or a hospice caregiver.
• You may make your donation online using your credit card in our secured area.
