INTEGRIS Health is dedicated to responding to the language and communication needs of our patients and families with limited English proficiency or hearing impairments by providing appropriate and timely language services 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Qualified medical interpreters are accessible to patients and families during appointments, procedures and hospital stays. Our over-the-phone interpreting partner, Cyracom International, provides telephonic access to trained medical interpreters in more than 150 different spoken languages 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We also partner with Sign Language Resource Services (SLRS) and Total Source for Hearing-loss and Access (TSHA) for the provision of American Sign Language interpreting. There is no cost to patients or families for interpretation services at INTEGRIS.
How Do I Get an Interpreter?
When scheduling your hospital appointment or service, if not asked, please let us know that you need interpreter services. Advance notice is appreciated, but not required.
