The breast pump program is available at INTEGRIS pharmacies in the Oklahoma City metro area, Edmond, Yukon and Enid.

Affordable Care Act and Health Insurance

Depending on health insurance type, plan and network, policies for reimbursement differ. Private or commercial insurance could cover costs up to 100%. (Medicaid or WIC must contact the state WIC agency for assistance.)

To find out your insurance coverage for a breast pump please call INTEGRIS Breast Pump Program at 405.951.8799. We can also assist with the filing of your insurance claim if your plans allows.

Please be prepared with the following information:

  • Patient name
  • Date of birth
  • Expected due date
  • Address & phone number
  • Insurance Carrier
  • ID# & Group#
  • Your Physician Name & phone #
  • Breast Pump prescription from your Physician

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)

Did you know? You may be able to get your Medela breastfeeding essentials using your FSA!

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) allow you to designate a portion of your paycheck to cover certain types of out-of-pocket health care expenses. You may be able to use your FSA funds for breastfeeding products, including breast pumps, breastfeeding accessories and breast pump spare parts pre-tax. Your plan may have certain restrictions, please contact your benefits provider for specific information. INTEGRIS Breast Pump program will allow you to pay out of pocket for eligible expenses and be reimbursed. Keep your receipt and consult with your Flexible Spending Account provider in regards to reimbursement.
