This may not be your idea of a normal healthy breakfast, but one in six men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer during his lifetime. Join the INTEGRIS Cancer Institute of Oklahoma Urology Clinic, ProCure Proton Therapy Center and INTEGRIS Men’s Health University for a hearty pancake breakfast and routine screening for prostate cancer. Free PSA blood tests and prostate exam opportunities are available between 8 a.m. and noon for men 50 years of age and older unless you have a previous family history. The Lion’s Club of Oklahoma’s mobile unit will also be offering a variety of screenings throughout the event.
The morning breakfast will be served from 8 to 11 a.m. and will include pancakes, bacon, coffee, juice and fruit as well as giveaways and door prize drawings, for $5 per person. Proceeds benefit the Men’s Health Network. Reservations are required for breakfast and prostate screenings. For reservations, call the INTEGRIS HealthLine at 405-951-2277.
