Decisions Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment Programs

About INTEGRIS Decisions Mental Health and Substance Abuse Treatment ProgramsMen rock climbing helping each other

We all want to live well, but odds are, through the years we will find ourselves struggling with issues too large to handle on our own. Stress, anxiety, addiction, divorce, grief, illness, family problems … some days, it can seem as if we will never “live well” again.

When these days come, you may need help. Knowing how to cope with life’s down side doesn’t always come naturally. Sometimes the depression is too deep, the anxiety too strong, the grief too overwhelming to handle on your own. When drugs or alcohol are involved, judgment can be impaired. You can find yourself feeling out of control, wondering if you’ll ever get your life back. At INTEGRIS DECISIONS, we believe the quality of our lives is determined by the decisions we make. Decide to live well.

Decisions can help. INTEGRIS DECISIONS integrated treatment programs can help you get your life back on track with intensive therapy that fits your lifestyle, your needs. Our program is results oriented – short term, intensive and effective. We focus on helping program participants learn new coping strategies through educational sessions, and group and individual therapies. Choose from one of three options: partial hospitalization, daytime intensive outpatient or evening intensive outpatient. And for adolescents, we have an after school intensive outpatient program.

Full day partial hospitalization program
Partial hospitalization is the most intensive option. We begin each morning at 9 a.m. and spend the day in group and private therapy sessions, developing coping strategies and working through the specific issues facing individuals. At the end of the day, everyone returns home to practice their new skills.

  • Monday through Friday
  • 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Intensive Outpatient Programs
Our IOP programs allow participants to be part of group and individual therapy sessions for several hours each week. Depending on an individual’s needs, both day and evening programs are available.

Daytime Intensive Outpatient Program

  • Monday through Friday
  • 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Evening Intensive Outpatient Program

  • Tuesday through Thursday
  • 5:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Adolescent Intensive Outpatient Program

  • Tuesday through Thursday
  • 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. – after school program

Family physicians and other primary care providers are often the first to recognize the symptoms of stress overload, anxiety disorders, depression and substance abuse. An estimated seven out of 10 office visits are for stress or anxiety-related complaints.

Patients at particular risk include those who have …

  • experienced significant trauma (accidents, violence)
  • been diagnosed with a chronic illness or have chronic pain
  • had a recent significant health challenge (heart surgery, cancer)
  • experienced major life changes (death, divorce, family or financial difficulties)
  • symptoms such as chest pain, shortness of breath, insomnia, aches or pains
  • headaches, muscle tension, lethargy/fatigue with no readily identifiable underlying medical condition.

Left untreated, these conditions not only affect the patient’s quality of life, but also can significantly impact a patient’s physical health.
