INTEGRIS Rehabilitation is staffed by highly skilled physical therapists and physical therapist assistants who can help improve strength, balance, ambulation and motion through evidence-based treatment – in other words, techniques and equipment that have been proven to work. We also have experienced occupational therapists and occupational therapist assistants to help with self-care and activities of daily living. In addition, our speech pathologist is ready to assist with speech or swallowing disorders.
Our inpatient (acute care) services include treatments for postoperative and nonsurgical hospital-bound patients, with pain control and mobility as the primary goals. We also offer school-based services for school-age children whose disabilities affect learning. For home-based patients, we provide home health services that focus on independence in care and progression to community activities.
Knowing that insurance for therapy services varies, we also offer a financial counselor who will work with individual patient needs, whether it’s double-checking coverage to avoid unexpected costs or setting up a payment plan.
With more than 100 years of combined experience, our staff is passionate about meeting the diverse needs of our community. We are located just west of the hospital, on the third floor of the Doctors Office Center. Outpatient hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m.
Please feel to contact our office if you have questions or to schedule an appointment for our team to evaluate your needs.
