INTEGRIS to Offer Changing Your Weighs Course in Yukon

YUKON - Changing Your Weighs is a down-to-earth weight loss program with particular emphasis on eating healthier and increasing physical activity. This course is designed for adults (18+) who are ready to make lifestyle changes. The program is a comprehensive eight-week weight management program including behavior modification and nutritional education with a registered dietician.

Classes will be held at the Yukon Police Station starting Tuesday, March 10 through Tuesday, April 28 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. There is no charge for this program but reservations are required. Call the INTEGRIS HealthLine at 405-951-2277 to register.

United Way celebrates success of fundraising campaign

– United Way of Canadian County announced its 2014 fundraising total during the annual Celebration Luncheon on Thursday at The Mustang Town Center. United Way raised $176,869 to be invested on behalf of donors to help meet the community’s health and human needs challenges.
