INTEGRIS PACER Fitness Center is an Oklahoma City gym that specializes in total fitness programs for adults of all ages and physical conditions. PACER Fitness Center offers a variety of health services to help you feel better and get you on the road to a healthier lifestyle, including a variety of aerobic and strength classes taught by live instructors, certified personal trainers, and a full workout facility with treadmills, elliptical machines, cycling, free weights and machine weights. In addition to massage therapy and spa services, PACER also offers nutrition counseling, executive health plans, and cardiac and pulmonary programs with medical instruction for those with chronic heart or lung issues.
INTEGRIS PACER Fitness Center, which is open to the public and has no contracts, has been a local icon for fitness in Oklahoma City for more than 30 years.
PACER was originated by a number of cardiologists as a cardiac rehabilitation facility in 1978. The fitness component was added for the employees of Baptist Medical Center and for community members. The fitness center has grown from 186 members to more than 3,500 members through the years.
PACER is conveniently located south of NW Expressway on the INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center campus.
