INTEGRIS PACER Fitness Center has been an icon for fitness in Oklahoma City for more than 30 years.
PACER is actually an acronym that stands for the following.
P - Prevention of
A - Atherosclerosis and
C - Coronary disease through
E - Education and
R - Rehabilitation
PACER was originated by a number of cardiologists as a cardiac rehabilitation facility in 1978. The fitness component was added for the employees of Baptist Medical Center and for community members. The fitness center has grown from 186 members to more than 3500 members through the years.
PACER is conveniently located south of NW Expressway on the INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center campus.
Even though PACER was the first hospital-based fitness center, we are open to our community. We strive to help you focus on keeping your body healthy through proper exercise and education.
PACER Fitness Center provides babysitting accommodations to its members. For information about the Kids Club, please call 405-949-3891.
