Cardiovascular assessment including leading edge electron beam tomography to give you the most accurate calcium score
Fitness evaluation with anthropometric measurements

A specialized fitness session with an INTEGRIS PACER Fitness
Center personal trainer
A relaxing massage session with a certified massage therapist

While the start time may be tailored to your needs, a typical Executive Physical session will begin in the morning.

Upon your arrival, an INTEGRIS liaison will welcome you at Physician Building D.
Your morning will begin with an overview of the upcoming day from the physician accompanied by a light breakfast.
You will be escorted to have your diagnostic testing performed, which includes the INTEGRIS Heart Scan and the Chest X-ray.
Your physical will take place at the Physician’s Building C at INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center
Directly following your comprehensive physical exam, you will be escorted to PACER Fitness Center for your fitness assessment.
Lunch will be served.
Your final assessment will include a nutritional consult to discuss your dietary habits and recommendations
At the conclusion of your executive physical session, you will be able to relax and unwind while enjoying a massage at PACER
Fitness Center from one of our certified massage therapists.
