Fitness Evaluation

The first step toward total fitness at PACER is a private evaluation of your current fitness level. We will measure your:

  • Body composition
  • Blood pressure
  • Flexibility
  • Strength
  • Cardiovascular endurance
  • Cholesterol level

We also assess your medical history, coronary risk factors and current lifestyle.

Certain medical problems indicated by the evaluation process may require further testing and/or approval from your personal physician.
