Under Construction: The GOOD Life – Saturday, Feb. 4
9 a.m. - noon / PACER Classroom

Join art therapist, Pat Lynn Moses, to explore how you can find meaning, purpose, and satisfaction in your life. Participants will utilize art, expression, and creativity to focus on the process of achieving the ‘good life’.  

Cost: $25 for PACER members / $35 for non-members

Dodge these 10 Dieting Disasters – Saturday, Feb. 18
10:30 - 11:30 a.m. / PACER Classroom

Join one of our knowledgeable PACER staff to learn 10 pitfalls of “dieting.” Learn what’s healthy and what’s a "train wreck waiting to happen" when it comes to losing weight.

Barre' Sculpt - A Fun Way to Fitness – Saturday, Feb. 25

Always wanted to get the look of a dancer? Join certified fitness instructor, Carol Davidson, to experience this new craze using a ballet bar to stretch, strengthen and tone your body.

Cost: Free for PACER members / $10 for non-members

Friday night line dancing is back at INTEGRIS PACER Fitness Center! Join us for a fun evening of line dancing on the first and third Friday of each month. It's a great way to spend your Friday night!

Pilates and your BALANCE! – Saturday, March 3

Wanting to get the highest performance out of your body when you cycle? Then come learn how important STRETCHING the right way and using the right stretches can help you achieve your goal!
