Introduced by INTEGRIS Health, My INTEGRIS Personal Health Record uses Microsoft® HealthVault™ technology to securely store your health data.

This online account will provide you with tools to make your hospital billing process more manageable and user-friendly.

Release of Medical Records

INTEGRIS Health releases copies of patient records upon request provided we receive a valid authorization signed by the patient or legal representative.
