Randy Kamm is the Director of Physician Recruitment for INTEGRIS Health System. His primary recruitment duties focus on specialty physician recruitment for the INTEGRIS facilities in metropolitan Oklahoma City. Randy has been with the organization for 17 years and is a native Oklahoman, having been raised in the western Oklahoma town of Weatherford. With over eight years of specialist recruitment, Randy understands the needs of physicians and takes pride in assisting physicians with their integration into the INTEGRIS facilities and the Oklahoma City Community.
Aaron Fleck
Manager of Physician Recruitment
Aaron Fleck is the Manager of Physician Recruitment and Business Development for INTEGRIS Physicians Services. Aaron recruits and markets both, Primary Care and Specialists throughout the Oklahoma City metropolitan area for INTEGRIS Physicians Services. Born and raised in Oklahoma, Aaron brings both knowledge and experience to our Recruitment Team. Aaron began his career at the nation's largest and most respected Physician Recruitment Firm and is able to provide a consultative approach while navigating through the interview process. A graduate from The University of Oklahoma, Aaron lives in Oklahoma City and enjoys spending time with his family and friends, as well as cheering on The Sooners during the college football season.
Juliana Lee
Physician Liaison Consultant
Juli Lee is the Physician Liaison Consultant for INTEGRIS Health Metro facilities. She has been with INTEGRIS Health for 26 years, holding positions in both patient care and physician relations capacities. She has a broad knowledge of our facilities, physicians and services that are available to you and your patients. Upon receiving privileges at any of our INTEGRIS Metro facilities, you will be contacted by Juli for your INTEGRIS facility orientation. She will make sure that you are completely acclimated to our system, to ensure a seamless start to your relationship with INTEGRIS.
Stan Schuermann
Manager of Physician Recruitment
Stan Schuermann is Manager of Physician Recruitment for the eight regional hospitals of INTEGRIS Health. Stan grew up in a rural community in north central Oklahoma and prior to accepting his position with INTEGRIS Health in 1997, he worked several years as an independent nation-wide physician recruiter. He knows that the interview process is an opportunity for a physician to explore the variety of practice settings and options and he invites physicians interested in considering Oklahoma to contact the recruitment team at INTEGRIS.
Brooke Watson
Recruitment Coordinator
Brooke Watson is the Recruitment Coordinator for the INTEGRIS Recruitment team. Brooke is an Oklahoma native, hailing from the town of Mustang. She attended Southwestern Oklahoma State in Weatherford, OK, and since graduating has worked mainly in the non-profit recruitment field. She has recently joined the team at INTEGRIS and is excited for the chance to learn and grow with the organization. Her main focus will be connecting physicians with their recruiters, organizing the details that accompany physician visits, sourcing for potential candidates and will be the first contact new candidates will have in the organization.
