About INTEGRIS Third Age Life Center
INTEGRIS Third Age Life Centers are the leading senior information and referral assistance centers in Oklahoma. Membership in Third Age Life is free and includes a host of programs, classes, health screenings and activities for senior citizens.
Membership gives seniors new opportunities for activities, interactions and education. Various physician presentations, social activities, fitness classes, and Senior Cyber Cafés are among the regular activities planned for interaction of the senior population. Additionally, numerous special events, workshops and seminars are held throughout the year – all at little or no cost.
INTEGRIS Health’s James L. Hall Jr. Center for Mind, Body and Spirit and Third Age Life Center have joined their two newsletters – Harmony and LifeTimes – into a brand new publication called Lifetime of Harmony, so check your mailbox each month for the newsletter to keep abreast of the special attractions and events available to you. Take advantage of the many offerings.
