Javier LeyJavier Ley, DPC, MSHCT, MA

Executive Director  "Empathy, acceptance, and humility are at the core of what we do. It is our job to overcome the stigma and inequities that surround addiction and improve access to quality care." Javier Ley, DPC, MSHCT, MA, is the executive director at Arcadia Trails INTEGRIS Center for Addiction Recovery. Javier earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a major in finance, a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling, a doctorate degree in professional counseling and most recently, he completed an additional master’s program in Health Care Transformation. Ley began his work in the field of addiction treatment and co-occurring disorders in the Central American country of Nicaragua. There, he developed the first treatment organization that utilized evidence-based practices. Ley has experience in strategic planning, clinical innovations, technology strategy, budget development and management. He also has experience in managing adult treatment units while providing oversight to compliance, clinical training and patient experience. 

Jedidiah Perdue, M.D., M.P.H.Jedidiah Perdue, M.D., M.P.H.

Medical Director "When I treat patients, I work to understand their values and goals and find treatments that are in line with those goals. Getting to be part of that journey is deeply rewarding, and I especially appreciate the opportunity to instill hope and provide encouragement." Jedidiah Perdue, M.D., M.P.H., currently is the medical director at Arcadia Trails INTEGRIS Center for Addiction Recovery. He is dually board-certified in Addiction Medicine and Psychiatry, and specializes in treating addictive illnesses, psychiatric illness that co-occurs with addiction and psychiatric illness co-occurring with complex medical problems. Born in Ardmore, Oklahoma, Dr. Perdue graduated from OU College of Medicine in 2004, then completed his residency training in psychiatry at Duke University, where he also served as chief resident. Since returning to Oklahoma City in 2008, he has been active in clinical practice and has served in leadership roles for health systems and medical societies, as well as an instructor of medical students and residents.

Michael J. Hanes, LPC, ATR-BC

Director of Clinical Services “I believe the creative arts and expressive therapies offer those with substance use disorders the opportunity to imagine and create a life of hope and possibilities that will lead to a path of sustained recovery. My goal is to offer compassionate, innovative and effective treatment that will help our patients build a lasting road to recovery.” Michael J Hanes, MAT, ATR-BC, LPC is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Registered Art Therapist-Board Certified. He received his Master of Art Therapy from Wright State University in 1990 and his license as a professional counselor in 1996. Michael has over 25 years of experience working with mental health and substance use disorders in a variety of settings, including acute hospitalization, residential, outpatient and corrections. At Red Rock Behavior Health Services, he served as Executive Director of Jordan’s Crossing, a gender specific residential treatment center for women with children and co-occurring disorder.  Prior to joining INTEGRIS Arcadia Trails, he served as CEO of Eagle Ridge Institute where he oversaw the Family Treatment Center, also a gender specific residential treatment center for women with children and co-occurring disorders. He has served as a graduate faculty member at the University of Oklahoma and an undergraduate faculty member at Oklahoma State University-OKC. He is a well-respected author, having multiple publications in peer reviewed journals including the American Journal of Art Therapy, Art Therapy: Journal of the American Art Therapy Association and The Arts in Psychotherapy: An International Journal. He is author of Roads to the Unconscious: A Manual for Understanding Road Drawings (2nd ed.).  Michael has lectured at national and international conferences, seminars, and workshops.

Patty Topp headshot“Addiction is often a disease of isolation and despair. The most rewarding part of my work is helping patients find connection and hope again through recovery. To find a way to thrive in their community and reconnect to joy.” Patty is a Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and a licensure supervisor. She received her Masters of Education in Professional Counseling from Oklahoma City University in 2011. She became licensed in 2013 and has over a decade of addictions and mental health treatment experience, with focus on the intersectionality between addiction and trauma. Prior to joining Arcadia Trails, Patty managed seven co-occurring treatment court programs and the medication assisted treatment program at NorthCare, a local community mental health agency. In addition to educating fellow professionals on addiction topics, Patty enjoys creative writing and podcasting in her spare time.

Courtney Hays
Behavioral Health Case Manager II

Courtney Hays“I assist those afflicted by the disease of addiction by connecting them to resources and supportive services in the community. My goal is not only to prepare each individual for a life of sustained sobriety, but to live each day with excitement, enthusiasm and gratitude. My passion is connecting our patients to the recovery community so they no longer have to travel the path of recovery alone.”

Courtney is Arcadia Trail’s Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager II. Her duties include admissions, acting as a liaison between the sober community and Arcadia Trails, facilitating groups, and aftercare planning. Courtney has six years of experience in case management and addiction treatment. Before joining INTEGRIS Arcadia Trails, she served as Case Manager and Court Liaison for Oklahoma County Drug and DUI Court. She is passionate about advocating for her patients, eliminating the stigma of addiction, and assisting her patients with a smooth transition back into their communities.


Renella N. Shomo
Patient Financial Advocate

Renella ShomoRenella Shomo has worked for INTEGRIS Health for more than 20 years. Her passion has always been to help our patients navigate the sometimes difficult road of billing/financial assistance.
