Brian Couey, Psy.D.

Brian Couey, Psy.D., is the executive director of Arcadia Trails INTEGRIS Health Center for Addiction Recovery. Trained as a clinical psychologist, Dr. Couey earned both his doctoral and master’s degrees in clinical psychology from the California School of Professional Psychology, Los Angeles. He has worked as a clinician and leader in behavioral healthcare for nearly two decades, most recently as a regional director for outpatient services at Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation. He has been recognized by the U.S. House of Representatives and the California Psychology Internship Council for his passion and commitment to community service work. 

Jedidiah Perdue, M.D., M.P.H.

Medical Director

Jedidiah Perdue, M.D., M.P.H., currently is the medical director at Arcadia Trails INTEGRIS Center for Addiction Recovery. He is dually board-certified in Addiction Medicine and Psychiatry. He specializes in treating addictive illnesses, psychiatric illness that co-occurs with addiction and psychiatric illness co-occurring with complex medical problems. Born in Ardmore, Oklahoma, Dr. Perdue graduated from OU College of Medicine in 2004, then completed his residency training in psychiatry at Duke University, where he also served as chief resident. Since returning to Oklahoma City in 2008, he has been active in clinical practice. He has served in leadership roles for health systems and medical societies, as well as an instructor of medical students and residents.

Travis Ernst, LMFT, LADC 
Director of Clinical Services

Travis Ernst, LMFT, LADC is the Director of Clinical Services for Arcadia Trails INTEGRIS. Travis comes to us with vast experience in behavioral health. He is dually licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC). He earned a Master of Science in Human Development & Family Sciences with a Marriage and Family Therapy Specialization from Oklahoma State University and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Central Oklahoma. He is trained in Advanced Motivational Interviewing, Multi-Dimensional Family Therapy, and Problem Gambling.

Jalynn Kirby, BSN, RN
Nurse Manager

Jalynn Kirby, BSN, RN, is the Nurse Manager for Arcadia Trails INTEGRIS. Jalynn earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Oklahoma and a second Bachelor of Science in Psychology also from the University of Oklahoma. She has 12 years of experience as a critical care Registered Nurse in the fast-paced environment of the ICU at the VA Medical Center, where she has served as a charge nurse. Jalynn also has experience in the ICU of the Oklahoma Spine Hospital.

Courtney Hays
Behavioral Health Case Manager II

“I assist those afflicted by the disease of addiction by connecting them to resources and supportive services in the community. My goal is to prepare each individual for a life of sustained sobriety and live each day with excitement, enthusiasm and gratitude. My passion is connecting our patients to the recovery community, so they no longer have to travel the path of recovery alone.” Courtney is Arcadia Trail’s Certified Behavioral Health Case Manager II. Her duties include admissions, acting as a liaison between the sober community and Arcadia Trails, facilitating groups, and aftercare planning. Courtney has six years of experience in case management and addiction treatment. Before joining INTEGRIS Arcadia Trails, she served as Case Manager and Court Liaison for Oklahoma County Drug and DUI Court. She is passionate about advocating for her patients, eliminating the stigma of addiction, and assisting them with a smooth transition back into their communities.

Renella N. Shomo
Patient Financial Advocate

Renella Shomo has worked for INTEGRIS Health for more than 20 years. Her passion has always been to help our patients navigate the sometimes difficult road of billing/financial assistance. Other Team Members
