Changing Your Weighs is a comprehensive program for adults 18 to 70 years of age that focuses on making lifestyle changes that foster better health. The program places great emphasis on the importance of healthy food choices while increasing physical activity. The course was developed and is taught by registered dietitians and exercise specialists at INTEGRIS Health. Participants are asked to keep food and activity journals as part of their learning experience.
