These are ongoing fitness classes specifically designed for seniors that focus on cardiovascular fitness, strength conditioning and flexibility. The 9 a.m. class is for the more active senior who can get up and down off the floor. Wear loose comfortable clothes, and bring water. There is no charge and no enrollment for these classes.
