These are ongoing fitness classes specifically designed for seniors that focus on cardiovascular fitness, strength conditioning and flexibility. The 10 a.m. class is done in a chair or standing behind the chair for balance. Wear loose comfortable clothes, and bring water. There is no charge and no enrollment for these classes.
