Sarah Minor, D.O., is the Medical Director for INTEGRIS Hospice in Oklahoma City.

She is board-certified in hospice and palliative medicine and emergency medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians. Dr. Minor obtained her Hospice Medical Director Certification in 2014.

Her medical career includes experience in Emergency Medicine, private practice in Addiction Medicine and as Medical Director for the Palliative Care program at Mercy Hospital in Hot Springs, Arkansas.

Dr. Minor is a graduate of Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and a wife and mother of three young men and an avid performing flutist.
