Application Process


INTEGRIS Health is a proud member of the National Council of Administrative Fellowships (NCAF). We participate in the National Administrative Fellowship Centralized Application Service (NAFCAS). NAFCAS is a simplified and streamlined application process for candidates interested in applying to administrative fellowships.

INTEGRIS will begin accepting applications through NAFCAS for the July 2020 fellowship start on June 12, 2019. The application will remain open until October 2, 2019.


To be considered for the fellowship, applicants are required to submit the following documents through NAFCAS:

  • Official Graduate School Transcript
  • Three Letters of Recommendation (ONE academic, ONE professional and ONE other of choice)
  • Current Resume
  • Personal Statement discussing the applicant’s interest in pursuing the administrative fellowship at INTEGRIS Health, their career goals, and their skills and experiences that will contribute to their success during the fellowship (one-page maximum)
  • Two Essays (both prompts are found on NAFCAS site)

Important Dates:

  • Applications Open: June 12, 2019
  • Applications Deadline: October 2, 2019
  • Phone Interviews: September 2019
  • On-Site Interviews: October 2019
  • Initial Offers: November 13, 2019
  • Fellowship Begins: July 2020
  • Fellowship Ends: June 2021

In order to qualify for the fellowship, individuals must be in the process of completing or recently obtained a Master’s degree focused on health care administration from a US-based university, preferably from a Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education (CAHME) accredited program. This includes MHA, MBA with a concentration in health care, MHSA or MPH. 
It is important to note that INTEGRIS is unable to provide visa sponsorship to individuals participating in the administrative fellowship.
