Education assistance for INTEGRIS employees and members of our community who are pursuing their education in
registered nursing.

Nursing Academic Loan

Education assistance for INTEGRIS RNs returning to school to advance their registered nursing education (B.S.N.,
M.S.N., D.N.P., Ph.D.).

National Certification Bonus Program

Annual bonus program for INTEGRIS RNs who have acquired a national certification through a recognized accrediting organization within their area of clinical specialty.

Application deadlines: March 1 and Aug. 1

National Certification Exam Fee Assistance Program

Registered nurses in direct patient care, leadership and support roles applying to take their national certification exam within their nursing specialty are eligible for exam assistance at the “professional organization membership” rate at the time of submitting their exam application. All employment statuses are eligible (FT, RPT, OPT/PD).

Modified Baylor Plan

RNs accepted into this plan are eligible to receive 40 hours pay for 36 worked hours per week. This plan requires the employee to work 24 hours each week on a weekend shift and 12 hours on a weekday shift determined by the department director. Ace Program

Advancing through Clinical Excellence. Become an INTEGRIS ACE! If you are a bedside RN with 3 years experience or equivalent and at least 1 year of RN service at INTEGRIS Health, you are eligible to apply for this program and earn an annual bonus of up to $2,500. Nursing Career Path

INTEGRIS Health nurses have the opportunity to work in critical care and intensive care units (ICUs), focusing specifically on caring for patients’ critical and immediate needs.

If you enjoy a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, an emergency department may be the place for you. No two days are ever the same. As an emergency department nurse, you’ll attend to the urgent health needs of a wide variety of patients.

As a surgical nurse, you’ll coordinate the surgical environment for patients, staff and physicians. INTEGRIS Health offers positions in the Outpatient Day Surgery unit, the Medical/Surgical unit, the OR, the SAU and the PACU.

In the transplant unit, nurses work with patients who are awaiting a transplant or who have undergone an organ transplant. Nurses in this role have the opportunity to work in the Nazih Zuhdi Transplantation Institute, one of the most respected transplant programs in the nation. The Institute offers the only comprehensive transplant program in Oklahoma.

Nurses in the INTEGRIS Heart Hospital work in one of the top 100 cardiovascular hospitals in the nation and are called upon to treat patients who have undergone cardiovascular surgery or are suffering from heart disease.

Nurses at the INTEGRIS Cancer Institute of Oklahoma work closely with leading surgeons and medical and radiation oncologists to address all of the cancer patient’s needs.

Caring for women as they experience all of life’s stages is important to INTEGRIS Health. Nurses who enjoy the women’s health field have the opportunity to work in the Women’s Center, Labor and Delivery or in the prestigious Henry G. Bennett, Jr. Fertility Institute.

At this 108-bed facility, nurses provide patients with the initial rehabilitation care they need while recovering from surgery, disease or injury.

Here, nurses care for pediatric and adolescent patients suffering from a variety of mental illnesses. In this hospital setting, nurses work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists and physicians to provide behavioral health care treatment Support and therapy group meetings are also held at this facility.

The Paul Silverstein Burn Center at INTEGRIS Health is one of the largest and most technologically advanced burn centers in the country. Nurses care for patients with complicated wounds in the hyperbaric unit.

Use your skills and training to provide clinical care for patients from infancy to geriatric age. This type of nursing care involves making patients as comfortable as possible while providing necessary medical support.

The nurses who work with INTEGRIS Hospice Services provide the medical care needed for patients suffering from a terminal illness. They support patients by providing quality health care while ensuring their comfort, and they also help the family cope with their loved one’s terminal illness.
