Health, Life and Disability

Our flexible programs allow employees to select benefits that best meet their needs. We offer a generous package that includes medical, dental, vision, long-term disability, life insurance and personal accident insurance. INTEGRIS Health also provides employees with benefits dollars to help buy the benefits they want and the level of coverage they need. In most cases, employees pay for their portion of the benefits cost with tax-free payroll deductions.

Retirement Savings

Our Retirement Savings Plan helps employees prepare for their future by working together with INTEGRIS Health to save for retirement. INTEGRIS Health provides a basic contribution to employees accounts each year. Employees can save up to 100 percent of pay on a tax-deferred (pre-tax) basis or Roth (after-tax) basis. Employees can choose from a full range of investment options.

Paid Time Off

Employees are provided with a paid personal leave account in which they can accumulate hours to use for paid time off away from work. Employees use this time for vacations, holidays, illnesses or other personal needs. Additionally, employees accumulate hours in an extended illness bank to use when they are absent from work due to illness under certain conditions.

On-Site Child Care (Metropolitan area only)

Conveniently located on the campus of INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center and INTEGRIS Southwest Medical Center, The Children’s Place has served as the child-care center for INTEGRIS Health employees for more than 30 years. The highly qualified staff cares for children ages six weeks through kindergarten. The INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center campus Children's Place offers a full day kindergarten program which meets and exceeds all of the Oklahoma Priority Academic Student Skill requirements for kindergarten. In addition, before and after school care is available in the classroom for children participating in the all-day kindergarten program. Both INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center and Baptist Medical Center provides before- and after-school care, as well as a full-day summer program, through its Fun and Fit Program for elementary-aged children. A popular program in the community, Fun & Fit gives INTEGRIS Health employees priority, as well as a tuition discount. Both, The Children's Place and Fun and Fit programs, are convenient for employees planning for inclement weather days and employees can pay for tuition through tax-free payroll deductions.

On-Site Fitness Center (Metropolitan area only)

YMCA HEALTHY LIVING CENTER - INTEGRIS (formerly PACER Fitness Center) in Oklahoma City started out as a hospital-based fitness center specializing in total fitness programs for adults of all ages and physical conditions. Today, YMCA HEALTHY LIVING CENTER - INTEGRIS offers a complete range of group fitness classes, as well as one-on-one physical training by certified personal trainers. INTEGRIS pays for half of an employee’s membership fee.

Career Development Opportunities

Employees of INTEGRIS Health have access to several free continuing education courses. In addition INTEGRIS Health also offers a tuition assistance program, adoption assistance, nurse externship and residency programs, and several scholarship opportunities.
