“As a family medicine physician, it’s more important that you can relate to a patient on a human level, understand their perspective and to stop and take a moment so you’re on the same page. The best thing in the world is when you have a patient who has been able to make some lifestyle changes that impacts their health, mood and overall quality of life in a positive way. I like to take care of adolescent / teenage children as this can be a difficult and challenging time in their lives and their parents lives."
Woods is married to another INTEGRIS Family Care physician, Eric Dedeke, and has 2 boys. She is active in church and school community and enjoys reading, spend time with her boys, swimming and watching college sports.
