Graduated in 1993, Dr. Hamid Sima is a triple American board-certified transplant hepatologist. Dr. Sima completed his Internal Medicine residency and Gastroenterology fellowship at the Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City and his Transplant Hepatology fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York City.
He is currently triple American Board certified in Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, and Transplant Hepatology.
Dr. Sima has an extensive research background and is the author of many publications in fatty liver, Hepatitis C, and liver transplantation. He is also the recipient of several honors and awards.
