Joshua Kershen, M.D.

Joshua Kershen, M.D., joined the INTEGRIS Southwest Neuroscience Institute in July 2010, and provides coverage and services in the inpatient, outpatient, and TeleHealth settings, with a dedication to excellence.

Dr. Kershen graduated from the University of Oklahoma Medical School in 1999 and has been a licensed physician since 2000 in Oklahoma. He completed his residency in neurology at Tufts University, Boston, Massachusetts, where he was also Chief Resident. He completed his fellowship in Neuromuscular Disease the following year, and was then on the faculty of Tufts University Medical School for six years.

Dr. Kershen is board-certified in Adult Neurology by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology and is also certified by the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. Additionally, he is one of two neurologists in Oklahoma to have received board certification in Neuromuscular Medicine.

Dr. Kershen maintains multiple professional memberships and teaching responsibilities, and was awarded “Outstanding Teacher of the Year” from the Tufts Neurology Housestaff in 2008. He remains a member of the American Academy of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine, American Academy of Neurology, Massachusetts Medical Society and American Medical Association.
