Lung Transplantation and Advanced Pulmonary Disease Management

Mark Rolfe, M.D. is the Co-Medical Director of the lung transplant program at the INTEGRIS Nazih Zuhdi Transplant Institute.

For 15 years prior to coming to INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center he was the President of New Lung Associates PA and Medical Director and founder of the lung transplant program in Tampa Florida. He was also the Medical Director of the Thoracic ICU and Adult Cystic Fibrosis Programs. Year after year his lung transplant program was recognized as having some of the best transplant outcomes and volumes in the country.

During his 17 years in the lung transplant field he has taken care of nearly 700 lung transplant patients. He was primary investigator in numerous clinical trials in novel therapies and medications for Pulmonary Fibrosis, Cystic Fibrosis, and Lung Transplant patients.
