Select a card to send to a patient at one of our hospitals. Our staff of volunteers will hand deliver it right to the room Monday through Friday 8a.m. - 5p.m. Same day delivery if received by 2 p.m. Cards will be delivered the next day if you miss the deadline. Cards sent on weekends will be delivered on Monday.
Send a card to an INTEGRIS caregiver
Our caregivers are working around the clock. If you would like to show appreciation, choose one of the caregiver cards below (just put Caregiver under patient name and "na" for room number.) Then select "Caregiver" in the drop-down and submit.
Important Information
- Delivery may be delayed during holidays or busy times
- Do not include private or medical information as part of your message
- Cards will not be delivered if the patient has been discharged or the patient has chosen not to disclose their patient status
- INTEGRIS Health cannot guarantee delivery of a card. Submission and/or acceptance of a card does not mean the intended recipient is now, or was previously, a patient of an INTEGRIS facility
