June Summer Wellness Tips! 

- Vitamin D is an essential nutrients needed to support properly bodily functions and is primarily obtained via sun exposure.

- Boost water intake by adding 12 ounces for every 30 minutes you spend in the heat.

- Summer is the best time to start a new wellness routine with longer days, brighter sunshine, fresh air to help us feel more energetic and optimistic to better reach personal goals. 

- To reduce sun-sensitivity and risk of sun damage, make sure you're eating enough anti-inflammatory foods including:

  - Healthy fats rich in Omega-3 including fish, eggs, flaxseed, and walnuts

  - Healthy saturated fats including coconut oil, avocado oil,  and organic glass-fed butter

  - Veggies including leafy greens and tomatoes

  - Antioxidant-rich foods including veggies, berries, beans, nuts, and green or black tea.
