INTEGRIS has established a toll-free 24/7 hotline number for employees, patients, family members, vendors or others to report potential compliance violations. Callers may remain anonymous if they wish. Calls are not recorded or traced. All allegations received through the Integrity Line are investigated. Employees may also access the anonymous email reporting system through the Corporate Compliance intranet website.
