Doing Our Part To Keep You Safe

When you arrive at an INTEGRIS Health facility, you might notice we’re doing things a little differently. Our new standard operating procedure will help you get the care you need, all while keeping you safe from COVID-19.

Universal Masking

All patients, patient representatives, caregivers and vendors are required to wear a mask or face covering while in an INTEGRIS Health facility; those without a mask will be provided one.

Virtual Appointment Solutions

With new safety guidelines in place, our providers will continue to see patients in person, but will also offer video and phone visits for convenience and peace of mind. Schedule an appointment today.

Limited Visitation

While we encourage patients to keep in communication with their loved ones during their hospital stay, INTEGRIS Health is limiting the number of individuals in our facilities and allow one patient representative per patient. Virtual visitation options are also available upon request. Learn more here.

Temperature Checks & Symptom Screens

In addition to checking the temperature of each patient, patient representative and caregiver that enter an INTEGRIS Health facility, a brief verbal COVID-19 symptom screen is performed at the time of entry.

Increased Sanitation

While all spaces were sanitized between patients before the COVID-19 pandemic, we’ve intensified our disinfection processes and added new check-in policies to further protect patients. These temporary restrictions are being implemented out of precaution to help stop the spread of COVID-19 and to keep our patients and communities safe. We appreciate your support and understanding during this time.
