Getting Care During COVID-19

INTEGRIS is ready to give you and your family the best care during the COVID-19 pandemic. That means we're introducing new safety guidelines for in-person visits and telehealth options.

Doing Our Part To Keep You Safe

When you arrive at an INTEGRIS facility, you might notice we’re doing things a little differently. Our new standard operating procedure will help you get the care you need, all while keeping you safe from COVID-19.

Curbside Check-In Procedure

After you get an appointment with us, you’ll be notified where our check-in station is located at the INTEGRIS location you are visiting. The check-in station will be managed by two of our caregivers, who will wear face shields and masks.

When you pull up to the facility to check in, you’ll stay in your vehicle and we’ll ask you a few questions.

After we screen you, we’ll verify your arrival, and you’ll sit in your car to wait for your appointment. When an exam room is available, our staff will call you and ask you to proceed to the clinic entrance.

Our staff will be waiting at the elevator to escort you directly to the exam room. Patient demographics and insurance coverage are verified within the exam room. Any applicable co-pays are collected while you’re inside. Once the visit is completed, we’ll schedule any follow-up appointments you may need and we’ll walk you back to the elevator to exit the building. Your safety, as always, is our utmost priority.

COVID-19 Screening For Patients

Emergency room patients are screened before they can be admitted to the hospital. Patients scheduled for surgery or an in-patient procedure will be screened 48 hours before their actual appointment. Those who test positive will be placed in units with the appropriate personal protective equipment. Those who test negative will be placed on a general population floor.

Hospital and Clinic Visitor Restrictions

New restrictions on patient visitation at hospitals and clinics are in place to protect patients, their families and all INTEGRIS Health caregivers. These temporary restrictions are being enforced out of an abundance of caution, and to mitigate the potential transmission of the COVID-19 illness or influenza.
