Next Steps in the Hiring Process

Within the next two weeks, you will receive an email invitation to log-in to the INTEGRIS Onboarding Portal. The email you receive will include a link allowing you access to the portal log-in screen. You will need to enter the same username and password information you used during the application process. Please save this email and link, so you can return to the portal to add additional information, as needed.

The Onboarding Portal holds several standard forms, which must be completed prior to your employment. Forms include State & Federal Tax Withholding, Direct Deposit bank account information & consent, and several other acknowledgements and legally required forms.

You will need to complete all the forms listed in the Onboarding Portal. Once the forms are completed, a member of the INTEGRIS HR team will provide additional details on the next steps.

If you are currently employed with INTEGRIS, you will not be required to complete Onboarding documents.

In addition, our Employee Health staff are currently reviewing your records and may need to contact you, if any health information is needed. Please be prompt in returning their calls / emails, as you must clear this step before you can complete the hiring process.
