I have been Certified Child Life Specialist since 2008 and have experience in both inpatient and outpatient areas, including Medical Subspecialty Unit, Radiology, Dialysis, Nephrology, Trauma, General Pediatrics, and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. I have also worked with families in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, Labor and Delivery, and Adult Units. I have a Bachelor of Science in Child Development with a minor in Spanish, a Master of Art in Psychology, and am a Certified Grief Counselor. My favorite part about being a child life specialist is being able to support patients and families during potential scary and emotional experiences, helping to create even the smallest amount of positivity in difficult situations.

I have been a Certified Child Life Specialist since 2014 and have experience in both inpatient and outpatient areas including Liver Transplant, inpatient Rehabilitation, Adolescent Medicine, Hematology/Oncology/Stem Cell Transplant and Outpatient Surgery. I have a Bachelor of Science in Health and Exercise Science, native fluency in Spanish, and completed my child life internship at Texas Children’s Hospital. My favorite part about being a child life specialist is making a difference in the moment. Whether it’s helping a patient overcome their fear of wearing an anesthesia mask or helping a patient and family through a new diagnosis, I love that our profession has the privilege of positively impacting the overall hospital experience.

I have been a Certified Child Life Specialist since 2010 and have worked in both inpatient and outpatient units, including General Pediatrics, Outpatient Surgery, and Endoscopy. I have a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oklahoma State University and a Master of Education in Community Counseling from The University of Oklahoma. Additionally, I'm a certified educator of infant massage. My favorite part of being a child life specialist is getting to spend my day with kids! Children are so resilient, I love seeing them succeed in an unfamiliar environment, while still having fun!

I have been a Certified Child Life Specialist since August of 2018. I have a Bachelor of Science in Child and Family Services from Oklahoma State University. I started my career in Albuquerque, New Mexico working in the oncology outpatient units. I am very excited to now be back in my home town, working with the children and families of Oklahoma City.
