Our mission is to educate and prepare family doctors for a lifetime of independent learning and to provide our community with highly competent, effective and compassionate health care in order to improve the health of the people of Oklahoma.

We nurture our residents' commitment to their own development as doctors, individuals, family members, professionals and leaders. When you visit one of our doctors, you get the best of both worlds. Our residents have received the latest and most advanced training as medical doctors backed up by some of Oklahoma City's finest doctors with more than 89 years of combined experience. The Great Plains Family Medicine Center is a 13,035 square foot facility that includes examination and procedure rooms, a conference room, and faculty and resident offices. We have patient visits ranging from newborn babies to folks over 100 years old, coming in for well child visits, physicals, prenatal care, and management of a variety of acute and chronic medical problems. Forty-two people, including doctors, nurses, front office staff, and other professionals work together to provide for our patients.

We strive to serve our patients as efficiently as possible, and because of that there will always be someone available to see you, even if your regular doctor is out of the office. Our teams allow patients to be seen regardless of whether or not their physician is available that day. Call today to make your appointment.

Patient Information

We hope that we are doing everything possible to make you feel comfortable in our clinic. We strive to create an environment that is caring, safe, clean and cheerful. We appreciate you recommending us to your family and friends. We would love to make them part of the INTEGRIS Family Care system.

So we can ensure your information and medications are up to date, please bring the following with you when you come for your appointments.

  • List of health care providers you have seen since your last visit
  • Medications (prescriptions, over the counter medications, herbal medications and vitamins)
  • Your copay or deductible (if any) as indicated by your insurance plan coverage
  • Photo ID
  • Insurance card

Please remember, anytime you are admitted to the hospital or treated in the emergency room, please contact your primary care provider immediately.

Most providers see patients from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Some providers see patients before or after hours. Please contact your INTEGRIS Health office directly for other available hours.

Please contact our INTEGRIS Health practice directly if you feel you have an urgent situation. Your provider may direct you to an INTEGRIS Health Urgent Care facility or Access Medical Urgent Care. You may call 1-855-603-1147 to locate a center near you.

It is important we have the correct information to contact you and to file your insurance, we do this as a courtesy to you. Our goal is to be as accurate and efficient as possible.

Please don’t hesitate to ask questions should you have concerns about your medications or care. We’re here for you! We will provide you with a summary of your visit. This information will also be available on INTEGRIS & Me, our helpful patient portal.

If your lab results require a change in treatment, you will be contacted within two business days. If your results are normal, or require only a medication adjustment, you will receive your results within 10 business days. Referrals will be done within 10 business days unless it is an emergency.

Please contact your pharmacy directly for your medication prescription refills. The pharmacy will contact us if additional information is needed.

We will work to return phone calls as timely as possible. However, calls received in the afternoon may be returned the next business day.

Your voice is a gift to us. We genuinely want to know about your visit. You may receive a review request by text or email and a satisfaction survey by email. We hope you will take the time to give us your feedback so we can recognize our staff and identify ways to enhance the INTEGRIS Health experience.
