The INTEGRIS Hospice program located in Oklahoma City is dedicated to caring for patients and families facing life-limiting illnesses.
End-of-life care can be provided in the patient's home, a long-term care facility or at the INTEGRIS Hospice House. The INTEGRIS Hospice service area covers portions of nine counties and an approximate 50-mile radius around the Oklahoma City metro.
The hospice staff and certified hospice and palliative care medical director will develop a plan of care that provides medical, emotional and spiritual care, volunteer services and bereavement follow-up for each individual patient and family. We are dedicated to keeping the patient comfortable and providing quality care so they can spend quality time with their loved ones.
INTEGRIS Hospice family satisfaction scores are 89% or above.
