Patient Resources

An organ transplant is a complex surgery and process for patients, donors, as well as, family and friends. The Kidney and Pancreas Transplant team at INTEGRIS would like to assist with resources that can be beneficial and educate our patients and those involved.

National Kidney Foundation:

NKF provides curated patient education for kidney transplants and living donor information.

American Kidney Fund Grant Management System:

AKF GMS is for our new post-transplant patients.

Medicare:

This booklet can better explain the basics of Medicare, how Medicare helps pay for kidney dialysis and kidney transplants, and where to get help.
