In-Person Visits

If you still need to come into the office, rest assured - we're changing the way you visit your doctor.

To start, we've intensified our cleaning processes and added new waiting policies to protect patients. Once checked in for your appointment, we'll have you wait in your car to be called in. After you enter the building, we'll assess and monitor you and every patient that enters our facilities for COVID-19.

These changes are for the safety of our patients, health care professionals and staff. That means you can confidently get the care you need, when you need it.

If you’re new to INTEGRIS Health, call central scheduling to identify an appropriate provider.

After Governor Stitt's recent announcement to ease restrictions on elective surgical procedures, we are currently evaluating several different "Return to Operations" strategies. This will be a phased approach increasing services across our hospitals and clinics. As a first step, we have resumed outpatient elective imaging procedures such as:

  • MRI
  • CT
  • Ultrasound
  • Electrocardiography
  • Mammography
  • Fluoroscopy

These and other low-risk diagnostic procedures and available because they do not require use of personal protective equipment (PPE) beyond our system-wide use of face shields for care givers and masks for patients.

INTEGRIS Health is conducting COVID-19 screening for all in-patient admissions.

Emergency room patients are screened before they can be admitted to the hospital. Patients scheduled for surgery or an in-patient procedure will be screened 48 hours before their actual appointment. Those who test positive will be placed in isolated units with the appropriate personal protective equipment. Those who test negative will be placed on a general population floor.

Read more about COVID-19 screening here.

For the safety of patients, caregivers and visitors, we have implemented a new visitation policy for all INTEGRIS Health hospitals and care facilities.

These temporary restrictions are being enforced to mitigate the potential transmission of the COVID-19 illness or influenza.
